Analysis of Data Needs Survey Probolinggo Regency 2019

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been carried out by the Directorate of Statistics Dissemination through the Statistics Referral Sub-Directorate since 2005. In 2019, BPS re-organized SKD at the central BPS, 33 Provincial BPS, and 477 Regency / City BPS including in Probolinggo District. SKD results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance analysis, and customer satisfaction index (CSI). In general, consumers feel very satisfied with the data obtained from BPS as indicated by the percentage of satisfaction of 100 percent. Consumer satisfaction with BPS Probolinggo services is illustrated through the IKK of 89.37. This means that the quality of service in BPS PST Kab. Probolinggo is very satisfying.
